Yesterday, the 1.02.2012, Layla was born.
She is for a friend’s niece in Germany who has Persian roots, so she needs black hair 🙂
This is the first time I made the hair with a crochet cap. Lots of work and lots of wool go into this! 🙂

It was my husband’s birthday this week and his birthday wish was a dolly 🙂 He chose the skin and eye colour and picked the yarn. He called her Summer. I love my hubby for loving and supporting what I do ♥

This tall 18″ beauty is going to fly home to join her sister soon.I really like working on the big dolls but I also am looking forward to making some 8″ dollies soon 🙂
The updated overalls pattern is now in the shop. I slightly changed the shape of the pattern and added side pockets and the pattern pieces for 8″ and 20″ dolls 🙂
