How do I place an order?
Just browse the shop, add the item(s) to your basket and check out. You can also save your favourite items in your wishlist and check out at a later point in time.
How do I receive my digital patterns?
Right after checking out you will get redirected to a page where you can download your items immediatly by clicking on the link (usually the name of the pattern).
You will also receive an email with a link to download your pattern(s). This email may end up in your junk or spam mail folder, especially if you are placing your first ever order with Sami Dolls.
You also have the option to create an account on the Sami Dolls website where you can re-download all your items any time.
How can I pay for my order?
At Sami Dolls you can pay via Paypal or Credit Card. You can also use Apple Pay or Google Payments.
What’s in a Sami Doll pattern?
You will receive detailed step by step written instructions with many pictures describing the different steps.
The pattern also contains the pattern pieces to create the project.
For most of the patterns you can find video tutorials either on YouTube or on the Video page.
How do I print my pattern?
Please make sure to set your printer settings to ‘Print actual size’ when printing the pattern pieces. The pattern also includes a ‘control box’ which you can use to measure and see if the pattern was printed out true to size.
Are your pattern available as print-outs?
At this time the patterns are only available via digital PDF patterns. Maybe you can save the pattern to a memory stick and get it printed at a friend’s place or at a office supplies shop? I am sorry for any inconvenience.
Where do I get all the materials to make the dolls and other projects?
I wish I was able to offer all the materials in my shop. At this point this sadly is logistically not possible.
I have compiled a ‘Supplies’ page on the website with multiple links to different shops where you can get all the materials you need to follow my tutorials.
I also invite you to join the Sami Facebook group where members can help each other out with suppliers or even share materials etc.
